Custom Manufacturing

Rice has the products you need. If we don’t, we’ll create them. Many of Rice’s in-house manufacturing and design team can collaborate with you to bring an innovative idea to life or devise a workaround in situations where the product you need simply does not exist.

Our fabrication expertise and equipment allows Rice to meet your specific design requirements and timelines. Some of the services that we offer include:

• Threading of thermoplastic and steel pipe to your specifications.
• Slotting and Perforating, in almost any configuration of thermoplastic pipe up to 30″ in diameter.
• Bending & Molding of thermoplastic pipe, up to 12″ in diameter, into almost any shape imaginable.
• Machining services that include tapping, milling, notching, punching, and routing, using our state of the art equipment.
• OTHER processes include embossing, engraving, solvent bonding and plastic welding.
