Rice is constantly looking at ways to be your best and most convenient supplier. Over the past 18 months, we have introduced Live Chat, E-Commerce and MyRice, among many other service improvements requested from our customers.
Starting now, we are excited to introduce our new customer intake system! All email inquiries will be directed to email@example.com and assigned to the first available and most knowledgeable Customer Sales & Service Representative for your inquiry. This feature will ensure that you get the most expedient service possible while avoiding any dropped requests due to staff absences.
Ongoing conversations about open requests will be handled by your assigned Representative, unless time sensitive. In that case our entire team will contribute to ensure the fastest possible response time.
